Not nearly as much fun as it sounds, Live Nude Girls Unite! is a documentary about the first ever unionization of a strip club, the famed Lusty Lady in San Francisco. The story is told by Julia Query, one of the dancers, a key figure in the unionization effort, and the obstacles she and her crew had to overcame are quite astounding. Alas, the story isn't told all that well, coming off as self-indulgent. She's also got a lot of issues with her mother, which consume the film, but hey, Julia -- who doesn't?
