Exhaustive -- and exhausting -- biography of the influential writer, Ayn Rand: A Sense of Life provides more minutiae about the Russian emigre than you could ever possibly want to know. Some of the details are juicy -- like her refusal to allow changes to her 6 minute speech in the movie of The Fountainhead, but most are dry as dust -- 'She read newspapers.' Very biased in Rand's favor -- if you're looking for a video primer on Objectivism, her philosophy, this is it.
