'Rowdy' Roddy Piper rules as a nameless drifter who discovers a pair of sunglasses that allow him to see The Truth: That earth is being run by aliens disguised as humans. He joins with a band of vigilantes to knock their V-like systems into oblivion. Extremely clever and very well produced technically. Piper is easily the star of the show, making They Live Carpenter's best film -- I don't care what you say.
