I've been scouring the Web for the best celeb Halloween photos. All the gossip magazines bring out the pix of costumes grand and gross at this time of year. Now, I never thought I'd find that Al and Tipper Gore would have the best celeb costumes of the last decade - as werewolves from back in 1997. But I guess the surname "Gore" has its effect around Halloween. And Tipper: that's one hirsute lady! Just check out the detail, the makeup: they must have been in makeup for hours.
