Okay, I’ll admit that I’ve been ignoring all the hooplah surrounding the upcoming release of the Tarantino/Rodriguez double-team GRINDHOUSE flick. I gave up on post-modern super-cool macho-posturing cinema just around the time my permanent teeth started growing in.
And then I saw the trailer.
But let me say this – I came across it accidentally while checking out some pictures of the strangely compelling Rose McGowan on her website. So it’s not like I was actively seeking out information on GRINDHOUSE, mind you…
Honest!
And since I’m such a cheap person to begin with, maybe it’s the idea of seeing two horror movies for the price of one that really appeals most to me.
